Wait Time Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin one hour after landing for domestic arrivals and one hour and fifteen minutes after landing for international arrivals Cancellation Policy If the reservation is not cancelled within three hours of the scheduled pick up time the client will still be charged for the full trip No Show Policy If a customer fails to show at the scheduled place and time, full trip cost will be charged to the client including any wait time, gratuity, tolls, and parking fees Deposit Policy A $100.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per vehicle for any of our packages excluding buses is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of your total fee MUST be paid in full 15 days prior to any scheduled pickup. We gladly accept cash or major credit cards. . |
