Great Bay Limousine employs an Airport Greeter Concierge staff to welcome you to your destination city, assist with baggage claim and your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. This service is available for an additional fee, please consult an agent for greeter rates and meeting locations. If you opt to not utilize this service, you will be met by your chauffeur at the designated limousine waiting area at the airport.

We continually monitor flights via a direct satellite uplink to the FAA Air Traffic Control computer to ensure our chauffeurs are waiting for you whether your flight is early, on time or delayed.

Please note that at most airports around the world, chauffeurs are no longer permitted to be inside the terminal to wait for your arrival. Your vehicle and chauffeur will be waiting for you at the designated limousine stand. If you cannot find your vehicle please call 800-820-6117 and we will direct you to the chauffeur.
